Privacy Policy
This is a one-person business. This page explains, in plain English, what happens with any information you share when you contact me through this site.
What I collect
When you reach out, I get whatever you choose to send me, typically:
- Your name and email (when you email me)
- Your phone number (when you text or share it on a call)
- Anything you tell me about your business
This site itself does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. I do not collect anything in the background.
How I use it
- To reply to you
- To deliver the work you've hired me to do
- To follow up on a conversation we've already started
Who I share it with
Nobody. I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing. The only exceptions are vendors I use to do the actual work for you (for example, a calendar tool to book our call, or an email tool to send a reply). Those vendors have their own privacy policies.
SMS messaging
If you receive text messages from me or from a system I've built for your business, those are governed by separate SMS Terms. In short: you opted in by giving me your number, you can text STOP at any time to opt out, and standard message and data rates may apply.
How long I keep it
I keep what I need for as long as we're working together, plus a reasonable window after that for tax and record-keeping. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, unless I'm legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- Tell you what information I have about you
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Just email me. I will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If anything material changes, I will update this page and the effective date above. For substantial changes, I will also email anyone I am actively working with.
