SMS Terms
If you've given me your phone number, or if a business I'm working with has, you may receive text messages from a system I've built. This page explains how that works.
Who's sending
Messages come from Justin Young Business Solutions or, in some cases, from a business I am running an SMS workflow for on their behalf. Each message identifies who it's from.
What you'll receive
Depending on the workflow, messages may include:
- A reply to a missed call you made to a business
- A confirmation that we've received your inquiry
- A follow-up on a conversation we've already had
- A request for a Google review after a job is complete
- An appointment reminder or update
Messages are transactional and conversational. They are not bulk marketing blasts.
How you opted in
You're receiving messages because you did one of the following:
- Called a business and left a voicemail (which triggers an automated response)
- Filled out a web form that asked for your phone number
- Gave your number verbally to the business owner or a technician
- Are an existing customer with a prior business relationship
Message frequency
Frequency varies by workflow and your situation. Most conversations are a handful of messages over a few days. Review requests are typically one message, with at most one follow-up.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Justin Young Business Solutions does not charge you for messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to any message and you will not receive further texts from that workflow. To opt out of all messages from any workflow I run, reply STOP ALL or email me at justin@justinyoungsolutions.com.
Reply HELP for help, or contact me at the email above.
Privacy
Your phone number is treated under the same standards as the rest of your information. See the Privacy Policy. I do not sell or share your number for marketing.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and delivery are best-effort and depend on your carrier and device.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, I will update this page and the effective date above.
